GeONE fifth year in a row M-Files Partner of the Year

GeONE, leading specialist in document and information management, has once again been named Partner of the Year at the annual M-Files Global Conference. It is the fifth consecutive year that the Dutch organisation has received a title. A unique achievement within the global M-Files partner network. This year's ceremony took place in Athens, in front of over 400 partners from more than 100 countries. The conference focused on the power of AI in document management, with a prominent role for metadata automation and scalability at enterprise level.

GeONE approach proves itself in complex customer environments

GeONE's strength lies in its proven approach to larger and complex organisations. Clients such as ARAG, BDO and Heijmans rely on GeONE's expertise to seamlessly integrate document and information management processes within their existing IT landscape. Where others focus on software, GeONE starts with the organisation's processes and ways of working. This process-oriented approach results in solutions that are not only technically strong, but also add demonstrable value to customers' business operations. Moreover, it results in high user adoption, which is reflected in the enthusiasm with which the platform is used by employees.

Sector knowledge as a success factor

A key reason for GeONE's continued success is its extensive knowledge of sectors such as business and legal services, financial institutions and the construction and architecture industries. This sector knowledge enables the team to not only answer customer questions, but more importantly to understand them before they are asked. As a result, the solutions seamlessly match the specific challenges within each industry. In doing so, GeONE always adopts an agnostic approach, in which not the system but the customer's business processes are leading. Depending on the need, it chooses, for example, M-Files or a SharePoint-based solution that optimally matches industry, usage and business objectives.

A unique and special achievement

Bastiaan Brefeld, co-owner of GeONE, responds happily: "Winning such an award five times in a row is special. It confirms that our vision works and our customers appreciate it. We don't just deliver software, we help organisations perform better. Our strength lies in combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes. This enables us not only to deliver technology, but also to make real impact within organisations. This recognition is an honour for our team and an incentive to continue building on the future of information management."

New generation of document management

The M-Files platform is undergoing strong development. The focus is on enterprise scalability so that international and data-driven organisations can also perform optimally. Metadata automation is becoming increasingly sophisticated. Users need to tag less manually, while the accuracy of information classification increases. AI plays a key role in this. Think of automatic document recognition, smart search functionalities and contextual recommendations. The underlying architecture is robust and flexible. M-Files integrates seamlessly with existing systems such as Microsoft 365 and CRM applications like Salesforce and AFAS. This makes the platform suitable for complex IT landscapes with high compliance requirements.
