The organisation\u2019s project team focuses increasingly on the details and the elaboration of the objectives. Together with the supplier, they work to determine the appropriate scope, design and implementation of the software product.<\/p>\n<p>Together, they eventually arrive at a functional design, exactly as the management team had envisaged.<\/p>\n<p>Based on its interpretation of the functional design, the supplier translates this into a software solution.
