Continuous improvement

At GeONE, we are constantly striving to improve. That is why we have made a small change to our service desk interface, which will allow us to serve you even better.

When creating a ticket, you will be given a choice of the following two options:

  • Submitting a change
  • Filing an incident

Customer benefits

  • A more efficient intake per ticket via introductory questions, allowing us to serve you better and faster. 
  • Your tickets in the portal are displayed more clearly. You can now create separate overviews of your changes and incidents.

We have also added useful references to the portal, such as M-Files product downloads and the M-Files knowledge base. This gives you all information resources in one place.
