GeONE, Dutch specialist in document and information management, launches e-sign integration between M-Files and PKIsigning. The integration provides M-Files users with automated and legally valid digital signing of documents with the highest level of reliability according to European laws and regulations.
Opting for legal certainty
Dutch company PKIsigning's cloud platform offers a document signing solution, distinguishing itself by applying a highly reliable electronic signature while accommodating the signing process in one intuitive workflow. With the link developed by GeONE, organisations integrate the digital signing process directly into the M-Files environment, without leaving it. In this way, filing, management and actual signatures come together in one place for an intuitive approval and signing process.
Supplement for organisations with file management
Bastiaan Brefeld, information management expert at GeONE, is proud of the released integration: "After the careful development process and an extensive testing phase, we are proud to now launch this integration. With it, we offer organisations the ability to further automate their approval, signing and archiving process. And with the unique high level of reliability of signing with PKIsigning, risks for organisations are further reduced. We thus achieve optimised file creation, which can be of great value to our customers, especially in the financial and business services sector."
Filing and digital signing anno 2023
Mark Bisschop, partner manager at PKIsigning, also sees the integration as a welcome addition: "For us, integrating our digital signature into other applications is very important. The fact that, thanks to GeONE, we can now add the M-Files platform to that is a win-win situation for both us and the M-Files users. I think that especially organisations dealing with file creation will thus have a total solution at their disposal."
GeONE and PKIsigning are jointly hosting a webinar demonstrating the integration and also presenting their strategy for modern file creation. Here, they will discuss how organisations can maximise the completeness, unambiguity, security and legal validity of and within their files. The webinar 'Filing & Digital Signing anno 2023' will take place on Tuesday 10 October at 11:00 am.
